Rice with mushrooms and pistachios (vegan)
Very tasty rice that can be cooked in the post. Yes, and for unloading after the holidays can not hurt.

Mushrooms chop and fry. Peel the carrots, pistachios and onions. Onion cut into quarter-rings, and carrot strips.
