Crackers with PU-erh
And again a recipe from a Chinese cooking portal. Very original crackers.

Ingredients

  • Black tea

    3 g

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Use 20 ml of boiling water for washing tea and 100 ml for the welding. Brew 5 minutes.

Drain the tea through a strainer. Tea leaves are finely chopped with a knife

Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt

To enter the oil and tea leaves. Mix well.

Gradually add tea until you get elastic dough (tea leaves not all)

Roll out the dough and suitable form (I glass) to cut out the crackers
