I love to use in baking whole-wheat flour, it gives a special flavor and makes the dessert healthier. It is usually mixed with regular wheat. But in this recipe only whole wheat flour! And the dough turns fluffy and soft.

Cooking
For this cake I used 2 types of cane sugar from the Mistral - the Universal and Demerara. Prepare in advance a mold (24 cm) greased with oil or zastelil baking paper. And enable to heat up the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the flour, baking powder, 75 gr. sugar and salt. Separately mix the eggs, oil, yogurt, zest of one large or two medium lemons. Combine the two mixtures, add the berries (I have currants) and mix quickly.
Put the dough in the form, on top lightly press the halved plums. Densely covered with Demerara.
