Caramel cupcake with chocolate
This cupcake very often helps me if guests suddenly decided to go. Instead of chocolate you can take dried fruit or berries, nuts or candied fruit. Help yourselves, friends!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    90 g

Cooking

Brown sugar mix with eggs, add melted butter and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix to the dough.

Coarsely chop the chocolate, add it to the dough and mix well.

The resulting dough is put into a silicone form and bake in preheated to 190 degrees oven for 30-40 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake to cool in the form, and removing it from the form, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
