Salad
This salad will completely decorate your Christmas table and could be the highlight of the program, if you apply it lace cheese baskets. Guests will appreciate your effort.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

  • Green onions

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beef liver, boiled, cut into thin strips.

Butter to melt.

Put in a pan, shredded the liver.

Liver strips and fry on medium heat until lightly crisp. Next, tilt the pan to remove excess oil. In a salad it is not necessary.

Onions cut thin half-rings.

In a pan, add vegetable oil (2 tbsp.)

Gently stew the onion until light Golden brown.

Carrots to boil, cut into thin strips.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients, add salt to taste. Salad with mayonnaise.
