Description
Delicious pork - spicy, spicy. Good home cooking and very delicious, cooked on the grill at the cottage, in nature. Recipe from the book Yulia Vysotskaya.

Cooking
Wash pork and dry with paper towel. Slice into pieces thick 1 cm. In a mortar grind the cloves, Chile, and star anise (if using), add the cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, plum wine and soy sauce. Roll pieces of pork in the resulting marinade, tighten the bowl with cling film and leave for an hour in the fridge.
Roast on outdoor grill or grill pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
