Lecho
Delicious Lecho. My family just love it. And if son gets winter out of the basement, the dishes in the first place.

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

    6 kg

  • Tomato

    3 l

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Tomatoes skip through Mincer or blender.

Bulgarian pepper cleaned, cut into cubes, or strips.
