Oat pancakes with cinnamon
Like to treat you to mouth-watering and healthy pancakes made from oatmeal... and even cinnamon...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Oat flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs, salt and sugar

Beat until foam.

Oat flakes grind in a blender and sift. In the egg foam to enter the oat flour mixed with soda and cinnamon. Stir well.

Then add the warm milk, stir well. Add the sifted wheat flour.

At the end of the vegetable oil, mix until smooth. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. Then stir carefully until smooth.

Bake in a pan, each time lubricating oil. At will until the pancakes hot, you can spread them with butter. Personally I don't lubricate. And so the pancakes turn out very tender, soft... And even the next day.
