Pancakes with potato and pumpkin filling and sauce
Filling for pancakes from potato, roasted onion, pumpkin and milk. And the taste of these pancakes will complement the sauce with pickled cucumbers

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Damn

  • Vegetable oil
