Christmas wreath
Festive cakes with fruity notes (banana) and nuts (almonds). They made many, many years ago, found the recipe, baked for Christmas and decided to share with dear cooks-hostesses. Taking this opportunity, I congratulate all the Women with the new year and Christmas! Health, happiness and prosperity.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Liqueur

    100 ml

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Almonds

    60 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

Cooking

Softened butter rubbed with sugar, add vanilla sugar...

... and cognac. Stirred well.

In parallel, with a fork mash the bananas. Both the mass stirred well.

Add flour.

Then add the shredded almonds and...

... chocolate pieces.

At the end add firmly whipped egg whites. A neat mix.

As conceived wreath, and the shape of a wreath, I did not then make the next (maybe someone my experience will be useful? :-)) In the form lined with parchment in the center is placed a tin can with stones wrapped in parchment.

Bake 45 minutes at 220 degrees C. is not very attractive, but very flavorful! The scent lingers in the house and creates a festive mood...

Decoration determines imagination and taste preferences! I paired the chocolate icing with icing and fresh (frozen in summer) raspberries. Everyone was thrilled, it was very tasty! Good luck to everyone.
