I love plums and, of course, plum pies. Once this recipe was found in cooking encyclopedias and has become a favorite in our family. Pastry and fragrant plum with cinnamon and vanilla create a fantastic flavor combination!

Cooking
The number of ingredients designed for great shape, my shape with a diameter of 23 cm, and I get two pies, which my family happy. Dissolve yeast in milk and 1 tbsp of sugar, leave for 15 minutes.
Mix the flour, salt, remaining sugar, butter, egg, add the yeast mixture. Knead well the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
Wash the plums and remove pits. Pour fruit brandy, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar (use one sachet).
Then again knead the dough and roll it out. Spread the batter into the pan, pre-oiled. Make a low side to a little above the level of the drain. Then spread the plums (skin up) and bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degree temperature.
Beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, vanilla sugar and the juice left over after draining the brandy. 20 minutes after baking pour this mixture all over the cake. Bake until cooked for another 20 minutes.
