Mineral water pour in a bowl and add the yeast. There to sift the flour/s and the 1st. Sugar, salt, pour the oil and knead the dough. To put it in a warm place and let rise. After 35 minutes the dough has risen, punch down it in a bowl and give again to rise.
After 20 minutes the dough has risen the second time. Put it on the table and knead, adding flour. ( Wheat I ran out ).
While the dough sit in a warm place, rise, prepare the filling of broccoli and cauliflower. Chop florets and carrots in a mixer. Onions cut into.
In the chopped vegetables, add salt, pepper, dry seasoning and fry a little in butter.
Divide the dough into 12 parts and each part into two halves.
With your fingers flatten the dough into two thin cakes, and put one spoon of filling. Second to put on top and both halves to seal the lifting edges of the bottom pellet pressing up with your fingers. Baking tray lay a parchment paper and spread out the cakes.
