Shish kebab in Armenian
This kebab is made with chicken meat. Cooking is not hard, loved my husband and children.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Spices

To separate the meat from the bone.

Cut into large pieces. Add salt, cumin, spices. Leave to marinate for 20-30 min.

Then strung on wooden skewers, 4-5 pieces.

Add in egg, flour and salt. Mix, then dipped our skewers.

Fry until Golden color.

Then into the cauldron to pour a little oil, add chopped onion, skewers, chopped dill, garlic and a little salt.

Pour 1 Cup of water, add a little tomato or tomato. Put on fire, closing the lid, for 40 minutes First, to make the fire bigger, and then reduce it.
