Corn cakes with cous-Cous, herbs and cheese
Start your morning with a ""sun cakes"!!! All day your mood will be good!!! These cakes I'm making for Breakfast very often. Today experimented with cous cous. And I will tell you with full responsibility that my dish was better. Scones are soft and airy. The crust remained crispy, and the tortillas soft and tender. I think my idea will appeal to all fans of corn tortillas, as well as all those who try for the first time. Prepared very quickly, always work.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Corn flour

    2 cup

  • Sunflower oil
