Cooking
1. Quinoa ("Mistral") is well washed, dried and ground into flour. I did use the grinder, it came out to 2/3 Cup.
2. Walnuts grind in a blender to flour.
3. Softened beat butter with brown sugar until smooth.
4. Add mashed in mashed bananas.
5. Add the eggs (one by one), mix until smooth.
6. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mix again until smooth.
7. In a separate bowl sift flour, quinoa flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
8. Add to sifted the mass of the ground walnuts and mix well.
9. Gradual combine the dry ingredients with banana mass, knead the dough.
10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the batter into the pan (22cm diameter) and evenly distribute it. If You form is not silicone, you must grease it with butter.
11. The cake is ready allow to cool a little in shape, then spread it on a plate and let cool completely.
12. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and grated on a fine grater chocolate, decorate with physalis. Bon appetit!
