Pizza Classic
Two key components of pizza is the dough and sauce. The filling can be anything, it is important that it not be too much. In today's recipe we will try to follow the basic rules of making proper pizza, cook it with my own hands from start to finish and add a drop of autumn )

Ingredients

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Yeast

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    700 g

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Parmesan

    400 g

  • Brisket

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Olives

  • Salami

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar and 1-2 tsp of flour and set aside for 10-15 minutes until they begin to foam.

To combine the yeast with the flour and pour in the olive oil

Knead the dough, knead with your hands on the table for about 10 minutes, until they begin to lag behind the hands, if necessary, pour flour

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, put the dough, cover the pot, put in a warm place to rise for 2-3 hours, after an hour, punch down.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Tomatoes cut into crosswise, scalded with boiling water, remove the skins, chop finely. If you are using tomatoes in their own juice, just open the jar :)

In a pan heat olive oil, fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes

And spices. Simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until smooth

Grate the cheese, prepare the filling according to your taste

Grease the pan (I have a diameter of 30 cm, can be a bit less)

Divide the dough into 4 parts, 3 of them cover to not a little dried out, one part hit the table, to expel extra air, you can roll and you can stretch with your hands on the pan.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and put again in the oven to melt the cheese.

And my husband ordered a pizza with salami. The last piece of dough and roll out (stretch) and freeze for the future. You can freeze together with the sauce and stuffing.
