Ingredients

  • Butter

    220 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.75 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    170 g

Beat the sugar with butter until light yellow and creamy. Beat one egg at a time.

Flour, baking powder and cocoa, sift together and whisk all the dough on low speed until smooth.

Lightly grease a baking pan with butter and cover with parchment paper. Pour the batter and bake for 30-40 minutes (check with toothpick for readiness).

Put the cream (fat) - 120 ml chopped chocolate in a saucepan on low heat, stirring until chocolate is completely dissolved. The icing needs to be smooth. Let cool to room temperature.

As the pie has finished baking, remove it from the form and lay it on a dish. Put the cake in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then take out the threshold from the fridge, fill it with icing on top and refrigerate again to harden.
