  • Pumpkin

  • Kiwi

  • Honey

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Chicken egg

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Flour

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

To begin, I'll do the marmalade cake pan. I took a pumpkin, cleaned it from the rind, thinly cut into such pieces were boiled for about 2 minutes. Also sliced kiwi. With the help of a juicer squeeze the juice of one lemon.

In convenient container I put pumpkin and kiwi. Added lemon juice, strain it.

Add honey and all mixed.

For cupcakes I took the cottage cheese, egg, added butter, milk and, of course, brown sugar firm "Mistral". All are thoroughly mixed.

In another container I mixed two kinds of seeds with the flour and baking powder.

Then added the cheese mixture to the flour. And kneaded the dough. The dough filled muffin tins.

But it was not enough for the competition. And I decided to bake cupcakes in the leaves. I gathered in the forest the leaves, washed them, dried and put in shape. Filled the molds with the dough sheets.

Bake cupcakes in preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.

The taste of sourness I loved to combine with the cupcakes.
