Cooking
Ham wash and slightly dry
Make a cut along the leg bone.
And carefully cut the bone
Lay out the prepared ham on a heated pan and fry on both sides. Salt. Pepper.
Squeeze through chesnokodavku garlic.
Add dill, sour cream and salt.
When the ham is already browned and almost ready – we spread the creamy garlic sauce on each slice, cover and keep for 5 minutes on low heat.
