Chicken fillet with sauce of leeks
Tender chicken in a creamy sauce with the spicy flavor of the leeks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Leeks

    250 g

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

Leek cut into thin rings.

Fillet cut into thin strips, add salt, pepper, curry and stir.

Fry in a pan (about 5 minutes).

Add the leeks and fry for another 3 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add sour cream and simmer until thick (about 10 minutes).
