Hi all. Today we will prepare delicious dish-namely, tripe or tripe beef. I bought already peeled product, but some of the secrets of getting rid of odor is inherent to the tripe still there. Cooking
2 kg cleaned tripe, wash well under the tap. Cut into several pieces.
Fill with plain water and put on high heat. Allow to boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, not subtracting. Cook without a lid. After drain off water, pour 5 liters of clean drinking water and continue to cook.
Clean and wash the 3 onions.
Add the sliced onions to the offal.
Clean and wash 2 carrots 150 gr. the parsnip root.
Grate the roots on a grater.
They also add to the tripe.
Add pepper to the tripe and cook on low heat under a lid for 4-5 hours.
It took 4 hours from start of cooking, salt the tripe is a good choice. Continue to cook for another 1 hour.
It took 5 hours. Everything is ready. Smells amazing.
