Athenian potatoes
This year I have a large crop of potatoes ( someone to throw up? ), don't know what to cook. I decided to experiment and here's what came of it.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Olives

    30 piece

  • Green olives

    30 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash potatoes and boil in their skins in boiling salted water, until soft.

Cool and clean.

Onion peel and chop. To prepare the olives, drain the liquid.

In a frying pan or saucepan heat the oil, add the potatoes, onion, olives, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add Kikkoman soy sauce, water and cook for another 15 minutes.

That's it, serve hot, enjoy your meal!!!
