Meatballs
Wonderful patties stuffed with chicken, buckwheat and mushrooms with the addition of a refueling Maggie. Wonderful burgers! My boys are very even endorsed them.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Buckwheat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

Made minced chicken breast in the chopper and put it in a bowl. Put a bowl of buckwheat, chopped onions, garlic, roasted mushrooms and smashed the egg.

Added to the minced salt, pepper, oil, and Maggi dressing. Mince well mixed and tried it on the salinity.

In a dish put the flour. Mince dashed off 10 balls. Obvalivaya them in flour, have sformula burgers.

Cutlets fried in a pan with oil for 5 minutes on each side.

For these cutlets garnish is not needed. Need a sauce. The recipe of the sauce at the bottom. You can prepare the meatballs a salad. I served the tomatoes and herbs.

Dressing Maggie in this recipe I used twice. Add in the minced meat and creamy sauce with mushrooms. Maggie, a nice addition to the recipe!
