Vegetable stew
Rich, tasty vegetable dish that is prepared very simply.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    0.125 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

Chopped onion (large), garlic (finely) and fry the zucchini for about 10 minutes in hot vegetable oil. Add the wine, salt and spices (except Basil), simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Boiled potatoes peeled, cut into not large. Cut the tomatoes into 4-8 pieces. Put in sauce pan, cover, simmer for another 2-5 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with Basil. Serve as a side dish to meat or as a separate dish.
