Unusual apricot

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sugar

    135 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cream cheese

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Peach

    1 kg

Knead the dough: mix cottage cheese with 75 gr. granulated sugar, egg, salt, vegetable oil. To the flour add baking powder and mix with cottage cheese. The dough cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Pre-heat the oven to 200*.

Mix cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks. Peaches pour over boiling water, remove skin, cut into 2 pieces, remove seeds.

Divide the dough into 12 parts. Each piece of roll form.

To put cream, on top of the apricots, fold the corners of dough to the middle and good press. Bake for about 20 minutes at t= 180-200* I Have cream was liquid (don't know why???), so, the cream will not melt, I came out, first put in the muffin tin, then in a glass Cup.

Another stroke, in view of the fact that apricots were not enough, replaced the apricot jam and added fresh cherries.)))

On top sprinkle with powdered sugar. Out very tender, soft.
