Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

For making this dish I boiled buckwheat TM Mistral.

To the mince, add boiled buckwheat, hops-suneli, salt, eggs, finely chopped dill and carefully stir the mixture.

On the heated with oil pan fry the chopped mushrooms for 15-20 minutes. Add Khmeli-suneli and add salt.

Then add onion cut into half rings and cook until tender.

In a convenient form spread the stuffing, the sides. In the middle put fried with onions mushrooms.

Put cut up cheese cubes.

Close the remaining meat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 200-220 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
