Onions cut into cubes, tomatoes - dice.
Bell pepper cut into dice.
Cheese "leaves" with a knife or crumble with your hands.
Put a saucepan on a medium heat, cover with a lid and heated until the beginning of the green sector on the controller (look at the inner scale).
In a dry, heated skillet put the onion, cover with a lid for 30 seconds. Then mix the onion.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir.
Add chopped bell pepper. Stir. Close the lid and cook 1 min.
Eggs lightly whisk, add the mixture of peppers, mix well.
Add crumbled feta cheese, pour the beaten eggs, cover with a lid and on medium heat bring the arrow to the middle of the green scale (it took me 1-2 min), remove the skillet from the heat and leave it up to our dish "walk" for 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with fried chopped parsley.
