Pie-casserole of millet
Not so long ago began to use in cooking millet and fell in love with this cereal (let's be honest - at first sight/bite). And what culinary horizons it opens before us: desserts, cereals, cakes, side dish... Try my version of savoury pie-casserole with ham and chard!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    3 pack

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Beetroot leaves

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Millet, cook in boiling salted water according to package instructions, cool slightly. In the millet, add 2 eggs, grated on medium grater cheese, mix well.

Round baking dish (25 cm) grease with butter, put into it millet dough, making bumpers.

Zucchini and ham grate on a coarse grater, finely chop chard. Prepared foods to fry in vegetable oil for 4 minutes, cool.

In the mixture add the egg, salt and pepper, mix well.

The filling is spread on millet dough. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 25-30 minutes.
