Cooking
Prepare the dough for pancakes. In one bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar and yeast, I have a "SAF-moment".
In the other liquid ingredients: warm milk, water, eggs and vegetable oil.
Mix liquid and dry ingredients, stir to avoid lumps. Put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour, covered with a towel. The finished dough is covered with a cap of bubbles and becomes thick.
Pancake pan greased with oil and bake pancakes in the usual way.
Of this amount, the test get 12 pieces.
Prepare the filling. Cooking can be enjoyed until suitable dough. In vegetable oil fry until transparent diced onion
Put the chopped mushrooms, I have cooked and fry for another 2 minutes on medium heat.

Bend the edges of the pancake for the filling, turn in the roll. Put the pancakes in the pan, greased. Put in heated to 220 degrees oven, it is better to the top under the grill. Bake 15 minutes until just brown.
