Pumpkin pie with honey and nuts
Easy to prepare, but delicious and lovely cake! In this dough of two kinds of flour, walnuts honey, and of course pumpkin!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

In a bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar and honey. Mix with a mixer, not long, only that all the ingredients came together.

Add the egg, mix again.

Add soda and lemon juice and yoghurt. Mix well.

Add pumpkin puree, a pinch of salt and two kinds of flour. Add the flour in two or three steps, each time carefully mixing the dough.

The dough thicker than for pancakes, spoon drains. Add to the dough chopped nuts, mix well.

Put the dough in a baking dish (diameter 20 cm), smooth the top. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven 30-35 minutes until dry splinter. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow it to cool.
