Potato cakes with saury and rice
And again visited me inspiration cooking)). It gets cold out there, I want hearty food, but at the same time not very heavy. And so were born these eateries mini pies, hearty, but light.

Ingredients

In prepared warm mashed potatoes, add the butter softened and one raw egg, stir.

Add the sifted flour. It took me 250 grams, but can go a little more.
