Cooking
Buckwheat from TM Mistral rinse.
Cook according to the instructions on the package. I cook in the slow cooker.
Mushrooms and wild mushrooms chopped finely, not to a piece of mushroom skewer with a fork.
Onions and celery chopped not too finely. Fry in olive oil, stirring four minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry until cooked mushrooms. Season with pepper.
Buckwheat is ready to add the mixture of mushrooms with vegetables, pour soy sauce, stir, if needed add salt.
For those who are not holding post, we'll make some chicken skewers. For this pre-cut chicken fillet into thin strips
To marinate chicken: mix soy sauce with olive oil and lemon juice, add dry Basil, oregano and ground coriander, season with pepper. Fillet to marinate not less than an hour.
Marinated chicken spread on wooden skewers accordion and fry ( or bake in the oven, but skewers should be in this case, pre-soaked in water)
Submit the finished skewers with buckwheat.
Our dinner is ready. Bon appetit!
