What could be better than homemade fresh bread! A Cup of aromatic coffee, a hearty, fluffy bun in a great mood for the whole day!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Cereals buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

In yogurt add the oat flakes and bran. Stir.

In warm water add yeast and sugar, stir. Pour in the yogurt. Add vegetable oil, salt.

Gradually enter the sifted flour, knead a smooth dough. Put in a warm place for an hour.
