Dear cooks, today I want to offer you the recipe for a great berry pie using whole wheat flour and aromatic spices. The taste is just amazing!

Cooking
In a bowl, mix both flours, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and milled in a mortar and the star anise.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar (you can use regular white), vanilla sugar, sunflower oil without smell and blend with softened butter to a froth.
To the oil mixture, continuing to whisk, add the eggs and yogurt.
Add half the flour mixture, and stir.
The other half of the flour to pour the berries (I used frozen, not thawed - a mixture of currants, raspberries and cherries) and roll them in flour, shaking several times a bowl. Then the flour with the berries to add to the other ingredients and mix well.
The trading form with a diameter of 26 cm, oiled or covered with baking paper, spread the dough and put in preheated oven. Bake at 175 degrees for about an hour, be guided by your oven.
Ready pie to cool, remove from the mold and serve, garnished with fruit...
