Burgers with shallots, baked in cream
Delicious tender burgers. Very juicy due to the shallots and cream. Looks so beautiful that you can safely serve this to guests and family on holiday!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    240 ml

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

  • Shallots

  • Bread crumbs

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Swing grinder fillet hip Turkey, onion and garlic. Add 1 tbsp Khmeli-suneli, paprika, turmeric, and salt. Thoroughly knead the dough.

Cut the shallots into 4 parts. Formed patties of medium size and push into the middle of the meatballs slice the shallots.

Form a Patty and coat in breadcrumbs. Include warming up the oven to 180*.

Fry the patties for several minutes on both sides in a pan in olive oil. If You are strongly against frying, then you can skip this step, just put the cutlets in a baking dish greased with oil.

Put cutlets in a baking dish. Put the form in the oven for 20 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!!

After 20 minutes pour it in the form of cream, add a little salt, a sprig of rosemary and the remnants of the shallots. Bake for 40 minutes.
