Cooking
The first thing you need to boil the potatoes.
When the potato is cooked mash it into a puree, add the boiled rice and one egg. Mix into a homogeneous mass.
The parsley add the garlic (finely chop or grate), add butter at room temperature.
Mash the whole lot with a fork until smooth.
Put on the heat vegetable oil, about 3 cm.
In 3 bowls, place flour, breadcrumbs and egg with a tablespoon of water (mix well)
We take our mass in the middle, put a bit of filling.
And form a ball. Next, dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat for about half a minute on each side. Focused on the color - it should be Golden. After frying put the croquettes on paper towel to excess fat stack. Despite the large number of photos preparing this dish is not so hard and long :)
