Croquettes potato
This is a very interesting and delicious recipe. An excellent side dish, and someone can and snack both casual and festive table! And even with a surprise ;) the Crispy crust and garlic flavor... let's eat!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

The first thing you need to boil the potatoes.

Next, put boil rice.

When the potato is cooked mash it into a puree, add the boiled rice and one egg. Mix into a homogeneous mass.

Finely chop the parsley.

The parsley add the garlic (finely chop or grate), add butter at room temperature.

Put on the heat vegetable oil, about 3 cm.

In 3 bowls, place flour, breadcrumbs and egg with a tablespoon of water (mix well)

And form a ball. Next, dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat for about half a minute on each side. Focused on the color - it should be Golden.
