Apple pie-cranberry
Fragrant and juicy pie, with a classic filling. Cranberries with apples-and certainly to cinnamon – I love, I cook jam, compotes and such, and the bird is stuffed. And pies are just love! And then there's blueberry jam is added, so juicy and flavorful came. To buy this cake my dear friend, Vicosa, victoria ms, and let the distance will never hinder the friendship. And anyway, I have missed you! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Cranberries

    1 cup

  • Jam

    1 cup

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar until foam. Gradually pour in oil, continuing to whisk, until the cream lush.

Add the yogurt and the flour, sifted with baking powder. To work with a mixer at first speed. The batter is the consistency of runny sour cream.

Apples to wash and clean. Cut into slices. I use slicer - a gift from Vikousi – so convenient!

In a greased form pour a thin layer of dough, arrange apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. On top sprinkle a little starch.

Drizzle the apples with jam, sprinkle cranberries, not defrosting. From top to sprinkle starch.

Pour the remnants of dough, distributing it on the whole pie. Test there is not so much, but this pie is more delicious – the stuffing is delicious!

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until the blush and dry splinter. Allow to cool in the form until it's warm.

Then remove and cool completely on the Board. When serving, cut into slices and generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
