Cooking
With corn on the cob with a sharp knife, slice off the kernels
Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil and sauté the corn for about 5 minutes, add the sugar
Add the chopped zucchini and broccoli florets and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
Mix soy sauce with chopped garlic and chili pepper, pour the vegetables
Add the tomatoes, sliced, lightly heat them for 1-2 minutes, remove the pan from the fire, then put sliced cheese and serve immediately, sprinkled with herbs and a sprinkle of corn oil
