Eggs, baked in sauce
Sauce "Aurora" is quite simple to prepare - no time-consuming and huge effort. However, coming to any dish, whether meat, fish or vegetables. The sauce is prepared on the basis of the sauce "Bechamel" with the addition of tomato paste. Recipe baked eggs under the aforementioned sauce taken from the magazine "Saveurs".

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cook hard-boiled eggs (10 minutes after boiling), cool under cold running water to clean.

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Add water, simmer for 3 minutes until onions are soft. Add the tomato paste, mix well, season with salt and pepper, cook another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To make the sauce "Bechamel". Melt the butter and fry it in flour (2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally). Pour cold milk, stirring, bring to a boil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add grated on a coarse grater cheese, cook until cheese melts.

Half of the resulting sauce to put in a refractory form, put the sliced halves of the egg.

Pour the remaining sauce. In the oven (or microwave) turn on the grill mode and bake for 10 minutes.
