Fried potatoes Indian style
A simple and delicious recipe for roasted potatoes on the menu. A lot of spices, some herbs, and fragrant side dish is ready! You can serve this dish with fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    0.4 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Potatoes and onions clean and cut into cubes of medium size.

Heat vegetable oil and add the mustard seeds.

When they start to crackle, add chopped onion and fry until it is browned.

Stir in the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and crushed garlic, fry for a minute.

Add the soy sauce,

potatoes, mix well. Propriety cook under a lid until the potatoes are done. You can add 1-2 tbsp of water.
