Pie with spinach and cottage cheese
Fluffy pie seems to be a classic filling, but the addition of cumin, in this case cream cheese with the cumin makes the taste of the pie more rich and unusual. I want to dedicate this cake to my wonderful friend Oksanochka ogiway!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Serum

    320 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Spinach

    300 g

  • Cheese curd

    300 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    30 ml

For the dough I used x/n. Load ingredients according to the instructions for x/n. Semolina makes the dough more fluffy and the cake remains soft for longer.

Not defrosting heat in a pan the spinach to evaporate the liquid. Cut into cube cheese and add to the pan with the spinach.

On medium heat lightly podpravit cheese and mix with spinach. Leave to cool the stuffing without cover.

Put the dough on the work surface. Lightly press down, if necessary pagpalit flour.

Roll the dough into a rectangle and place it in the middle of the stuffing. To take the edge. And a couple of times to twist the resulting sausage.

Install the snail. Cover with a towel leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Mix with a fork the egg with the milk and brush the pie. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 180° oven for about 40-45 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!!
