Baked rolls
Very tasty rolls of omelette with a filling of eggplant baked under a cheese crust. Suitable for Breakfast or an afternoon snack, or as a separate main dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    150 g

Eggplant put in a glass form for the microwave, pierce the skin with a toothpick in several places. Bake in the microwave at maximum power for 15 minutes.

Eggs, milk and flour to make the batter for the omelet, season with salt and pepper.
