Cottage cheese pie with raspberries

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Potato starch

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Raspberry

    100 g

To eggs, add sugar (I use the Universal TM Mistral) and whip.

If you have a coarse cottage cheese, then advance to wipe through a sieve. In whipped mass, add the cheese, lemon zest (I have dry), starch.

Beat with a mixer until smooth.

In the form (d=18 or 20 cm) greased with butter, pour the curd mixture and arrange the raspberries (I have fresh). Frozen raspberries should be pre-thawed, drain the liquid. Bake in a preheated oven ( t=180 C) for about 40 minutes.
