Description

Fish with potatoes, baked with sauce
Delicious, hearty and not troublesome. A sauce of soy sauce and sour cream gives the dish an unusual spicy notes. You are welcome.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

Fish to clean, gut, remove the gills. Dry.

In a bowl put sour cream and soy sauce.

Mix well. Salt to taste.

The fish liberally coat the soy - cream sauce. Sprinkle with herbs de Provence.

Potatoes clean, cut into thin half-rings. Dry with a towel. So there was no moisture.

The potatoes then place in a bowl. Mix the potatoes with the remaining sauce, add Provanski grass.

Potatoes and fish, arrange in an ovenproof baking dish. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees, guided by your oven. Serve the dish with green onions.
