Chocolate-mint brownie whey
Gentle, porous, chocolate, with a refreshing minty aftertaste! I suggest to try a cupcake on serum from very affordable ingredients! The combination of chocolate and mint of the test make it very interesting to look at and taste!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    95 ml

  • Serum

    220 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    8 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Eggs whisk 200 grams of sugar.

Add the vegetable oil and the serum, again to beat.

Separately sift the flour with the baking powder.

Gradually vsypaya flour, mix well until smooth (at this stage the dough is the consistency of a liquid sour cream).

With sprigs of mint cut leaves, put in blender along with 1 tablespoon of sugar and kill the pulp.

Divide the dough into two parts. In one add cocoa. Mix well. In the other - mint paste and 2 tbsp flour, mix well. Now both tests we have approximately the same consistency as thick cream.

Cake pan to cover with parchment for baking. Put half of the chocolate dough, flatten.

On top of chocolate mint and peppermint dough on top of the remaining chocolate. Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool.
