  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

  • Sesame oil

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

To prepare the duck, take the duck breast. The breast meat is to wash and carefully dry with paper towel.

Prepare the marinade with soy sauce "Kikikoman".
