Fried vegetables are always tasty and healthy. And if you add food rich in proteins and portages chickpeas - will be even more useful. But a necessary flavor to our dish will give, though not very useful, crunchy garlic croutons.

Cooking
The chickpeas soak overnight, then boil until cooked according to instructions on the package.
I took the chickpeas TM Mistral.
Peel the onion and slice. Peel the carrot and grate.
Onions and carrots fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown.
Add the cabbage and fry well all together. Add the tomato paste, simmer. If necessary, add oil or water.
5 minutes until cooked add the chickpeas and stir.
For croutons cut into cubes of black bread. Dry in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
In a separate skillet, heat remaining oil, add chopped garlic, salt. Fry for about a minute.
Immediately pour the garlic oil over the croutons and mix well.
