Crisp rice with bacon and spinach
I offer tasty, crisp and fragrant rice. The sophistication of the dish add spinach and pine nuts.

Ingredients

    2 cup

  • Spinach

    0.5 cup

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Turmeric

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Measure out the desired quantity and

pour into a pan with hot oil.

Fry for about 5 minutes, until transparent rice.

Take the bacon and

cut it into thin strips.

When the rice is the desired color and structure,

add the bacon and pour in 600ml water.

Add the pepper, turmeric, chopped garlic, salt and

spinach.

Bring to a boil, lower the fire very low, cover and simmer until tender. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes. The first 20 minutes cover is not open!

Turn off the heat, let stand 10 minutes.

Add pine nuts and stir.
