Delicious, quick, unleavened cakes.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Tomato juice

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

  • Sesame

  • Mac

Cooking

Cabbage chop and fry in 2 tbsp oil, until tender. 2-3 minutes before end of cooking, add the tomato paste, salt and pepper the cabbage.

Pour into the bowl of tomato juice.

Add oil TM Oleyna, salt and sugar, mix well.

Add baking powder and gradually add flour, knead a soft dough.

The finished dough wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into pieces, place the filling and formed into patties. Put the patties on a baking tray lined with parchment. Pies with a brush to brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
