Pancake cake with Apple-almond stuffing
This pancake cake attracted me available, but very tasty ingredients (apples and almonds), as well as interesting appearance. Making this cake is simple, it is beautiful, holds its shape well, easy to cut, and Apple sauce really goes well with the almonds. Help yourself!

Bake pancakes in number of 9 pieces, according to your favorite recipe and cools them. To pancake batter I added 3 tbsp of sunflower oil "Oleyna".

Apples cleaned, remove the middle and cut into pieces.

Take pan pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil "Oleyna"

Put the apples in a pan, add sugar and cinnamon and simmer under cover for 20 minutes, until the apples will not turn into a puree.

My apples were not very juicy, but now not the season and they puree did not work. So I had cooked the apples to blend.

To puree the apples, add the cream and stir.

We need almond crumb, for this is the whole almond, first blanchere in boiling water for two minutes.

Then slightly cool, remove the skin.

2 tbsp almonds, cut into thin slices.

The rest of the almonds to dry and grind into fine crumbs.

Take a round baking dish with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the pancakes lightly lubricated with sunflower oil "Oleyna". Put on the bottom of the pancake, smear it with a thin layer of Apple sauce.

On top sprinkle with 1 tbsp almond crumbs.

Repeat with the rest of the pancakes. Top the pancake sprinkle with the remnants of the almond crumbs. Pour melted butter.

Almond crumb spread the sliced almonds and decorate with the whole almonds. Pancake cake put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Pancake cake is served warm, almost immediately after taking from the oven.
